The Natural Park “Montnegre”, and southern Costa Brava offers a big number of trails to suit all rider abilities. The terrain is green, varied & forested, with great views, entirely unlike the monotonous dry landscapes of southern Spain.
The best enduro season begins by the end of September and finish by the end of April, beginning of May. We have excursions almost every week. In June, July and August is hard to ride due to the extreme hot, humid, weather and the amount of dust, so enjoy our mild winter December, January, February, are perfect for enduro riding.
Our guides live here all year around and speak English. They know where it is allowed to ride and not. They can solve any possible problem or change the route according to client’s skills, weather, or trail conditions.
No, we ride also with absolute beginners (tuition and short riding school is included in the price) as long as they are used to manual shift motorcycles.
From previous experience we have found that most groups of friends are of roughly the same ability level therefore we do not like to mix your group with other groups, but we need a minimum of 4 participants.
Yes, of course you are very welcome. We can place you in a group of similarly experienced dirt bike riders if they have also stated they are open to that. The only extra is a single room occupancy 20€ surcharge per night.
Our routes start from and return to the same hotel each day. Trails range from easy, with various types of terrain, to more demanding, steep, rocky or technical trails which will provide a challenge to even the most experienced rider. Less experienced riders will always have the option to ride ‘around’ the more difficult parts, therefore minimizing waiting times for the faster riders and so that slower riders do not feel pushed beyond their capabilities.
All clients are covered by third party road insurance policy. In the case of an incident on a tarred road, or with a third party, including another rider, where the client is at fault, the client is responsible for all third-party damage and insurance costs up to the value of 300€. This policy is aimed purely at encouraging safe and responsible riding on-road, and due care and attention to other vehicles/ riders.
We have personal protection equipment. Kit includes body protection suit with back protector, chest, shoulder, elbow protection and kidney belt, motocross boots, motocross top, trousers and gloves, Helmet and knee protectors and goggles.
Drinks are not included with evening meals, although wine is sometimes included with lunch. Clients must have personal medical and repatriation insurance. Anything else you recommend us to take?
Passport and driving license. We recommend you take a lightweight waterproof jacket. Should you happen to have a camelback / water drinking system, then we recommend you take it. If you prefer your personal protective gear, you are welcome to bring them . Apart from that, a camera is about all that you’ll need.
